Providence Chapter No. 113 is a vibrant community of Royal Arch Masons working together to uphold the timeless tenets of our Craft. Chartered under the Most Excellent Union Grand Chapter of Florida, our Chapter provides Master Masons in Miami and surrounding areas the opportunity to complete their Masonic education and discover the deeper teachings that have inspired generations of Companions.
Our purpose is threefold: to enrich the understanding of our members, to preserve the heritage and rituals entrusted to us, and to serve the broader community with integrity and compassion.
Royal Arch Masonry has been a part of American Masonic history since the 18th century. According to the General Grand Chapter Royal Arch Masons International, the first Grand Chapter was established in 1797, and Royal Arch degrees have been conferred in North America since the colonial period (General Grand Chapter). Our Chapter is proud to be part of this long and storied tradition.
Our Core Values:
- Brotherhood – We believe in the power of fraternal bonds that unite men of character in common purpose.
- Education – We are committed to lifelong learning and the pursuit of Masonic light.
- Charity – We strive to be of service to our neighbors and community, living out our obligations to aid those in need.
Our Story:
Providence Chapter was founded to provide a place where Master Masons could continue their journey and experience the profound lessons of the Royal Arch degrees. From our earliest meetings to the present day, our Chapter has served as a center of fellowship, learning, and inspiration.
The work of the Chapter is supported by dedicated officers and members who give freely of their time to preserve our ceremonies, mentor new Companions, and strengthen our community ties.
“The Royal Arch degree impresses upon the mind a deep sense of reverence and solemnity, conveying truths which complete the Master Mason’s education.”
